Kirsten Regalado’s “Colorful Marine'' piece reflects the colorful corals immersed in the cool blue ocean, overwhelmed with the bright ray of light revealing an encircling school of fish. In the gown structure, the colorful corals create stunning visuals at the hem that is folded fashionably forming a fish tail. The cool blue ocean clasps the shapely cuts covering the limbs up to the waist, baring the subdued design of encircling school of fish that wraps the bosom.

Vandana is the Founder and Past President of Leo’s Club, and one of her advocacies is about protecting the environment, particularly coral farming. Kirsten Regalado has redefined the concept of dapper. Usually applied to men’s fashion, the piece represents KR’s unique definition of dapper by allowing monochromatic dress fuses with trimmed yet stylish cuts, added with supplemental design and fabric for its quirky twist. “Dapper” is a two-piece dress but the monochrome effect makes it an edgy-looking ball gown. The supplemental fabric on the left arm and the neck piece serve as the offbeat design that defy and complement the traditional dapper design of its top and skirt, forming a distinctive meaning of the concept in KR collection. This gown was worn by Miss Bahamas Universe 2021, Chantel O'Brian and featured during the opening night of VIP New York Fashion Week 2022.
This KR piece features an interesting cut in a see-through fabric that resembles the properties of a Mountain Laurel flower - the shape, the visual, and the glossy texture of its petals. The gown mimics the stubby petals of the flower by exposing the knee-high skirt in parallel to the open-chested bodice tied to the neckline to create the illusion of the Mountain Laurel flower. The skirt has layers of flounce, with edges curled up gently to resemble a budding flower as a whole. This gown was worn by Miss Connecticut 2021, Amanda Torchia.
This KR piece is a ball gown with a shortened ruffled skirt that slightly resembles a tutu dress. Its puffy, semi-opened, white sleeves slightly bare the shoulders and are attached in the bodice through the axilla. The sparkly bodice consists of glossy particles sewn and fastened by the hands of KR herself over the cool blue fabric that resembles a body of water in the east coast of the Atlantic. The ruffled white skirt flaunts large prints of sparkly black and brown leaves that appear to be in a pile as the skirt ruffles.
This gown was worn by Miss Universe Iceland 2021, Elisa Groa for her national costume during the Miss Universe 2021 pageant, supporting the cause of Champions for Champions for children with special needs. The powerful fiery red fabric dominates this KR piece called “Lava,” paired with prints of charcoal black and hot yellow specks forming interesting patterns similar to the slope of a fuming volcano with a flowing lava, accentuating the gown’s tail. Interestingly, this piece is created with contrast of the icy blue patterns while baring the active volcano’s main vent to its bodice - creating a visual balance that complements its daring cut. Iceland is known as the Land of Fire and Ice, which currently has an active volcano in the Reykjanes Peninsula, close to the capital city of Reykjavik, making it the longest volcanic eruption Iceland has witnessed in more than 50 years.
KR’s “Lupine” is a semi-backless, off-shoulder ball gown that is visually enriching with lavender experience. The fabric is made of tulle with floral appliques. Considered as one of KR’s most popular pieces yet, the “Northern Lights'' gown exhibits the designer’s creativity applied with the combination of technology and a solid concept. The piece is a simple black ball gown designed with silver cut beads starting from the bodice down to the skirt to resemble a celestial body at night. The bodice has beaded patterns that emphasize the shape of the bosom and is supported by thin black straps. The beads pattern also emphasises the waist to distinguish the bodice from the skirt. The highlight of the piece is the installed green LED lights that are craftily arranged by KR under the surface layer of skirt to resemble the dynamic pattern of the Northern Lights or aurora borealis. When the light is on, the LED lights perfectly create a visual representation of the Northern Lights in a dark starry night sky. This gown was worn by Miss Universe Iceland 2020, Elisabet Hulda Snorradóttir.
The St. Lucia piece is a sheath gown made with a see-through fabric that makes use of the delicately-designed embroidery to draw the bodice and creates an illusion of an inner skirt for the coverage. The dress goes with upper arms fabric sheets using the same fabric of the gown for its accessories. The fabric moves with a breeze being thin and light, creating a graceful motion every time. Although see-through, the embroidered patterns are not lost on the sight, which its modest surfacing adds to the artistic visuals of the dress. This gown was worn by Miss Universe St. Lucia 2019, Bebiana Mangal.
This KR piece is a mullet dress and prides itself in a glorious pink silk overall for its dramatic visuals and is inspired by the mountains of Connecticut. Kirsten Regalado’s “Vines” is a matching dress that showcases an ornate white cauliflory pattern over the radiant red fabric. It resembles a Mexican traditional dress, also called as Huipil, with an updated twist that only Kirsten Regalado can deliver: The blouse is a plunging sleeveless crop top with micro net fabric for its sleeves that reach halfway the forearms, while the skirt has a similar fabric and design with the blouse, with larger patterns that ended at the thick base that serve as the gown’s hem.
This is a 2-piece KR set where the blacktop is fully beaded into patterns and the bikini is made up of black feathers. This is one of the pieces where the headdress and boots are part of an ensemble. The headdress is made up of an old animal skull with large black feathers.
